This washed-rind cheese is bathed in red wine during affinage. The rind shows a beautiful array of dark-fruit and earthy colors. A grape leaf is placed atop each wheel as a finishing touch. Taste flavors of wild mushrooms with a fruity edge and a lightly sweet finish. 

This is a raw sheep and cows' milk cheese aged over 60 days.

Full wheel: Net weight 5.50 lbs.
Half wheel: Net weight 2.25 lbs.
